I support leaders and emerging leaders in navigating change, organizational dynamics, communication and influence, decision-making, delegation, and their professional and personal growth.

The people who best fit with my coaching approach are: leaders working in tech, working parents, leaders implementing technology and organizational changes, leaders adapting to a new role, organization or team, project and program managers, and new managers or team leads.

I work with:

Senior leaders – sponsoring a project or change initiative in their organization in a way that encourages sustainability, resiliency and accountability

Middle managers and front line leaders – balancing operational demands with rolling out changes to their frontline staff

Project managers – navigating organizational politics, communicating with executive teams and project sponsors, managing a healthy project team and stakeholder resistance

New and emerging leaders – growing their careers and transitioning into a new leadership role

Board members – as an active board member, I understand striving to fulfill the role and the responsibilities of a board of directors in good governance

I offer:

  • Coaching
  • Consulting and advising
  • Coaching and mentoring

What is coaching?

Coaching is a powerful tool for getting clarity, focus, and new perspectives. The process can help you think more deeply about an issue that you can on your own, aid with decision-making and help you stay on track professionally and personally.

As a coach, I am your thinking partner. I create a safe and confidential space free of judgement. Senior leaders and business owners often cite one of main benefits of working with a coach is to have a confidential, neutral thinking partner to discuss challenges and work through decisions.

I will be your accountability partner and will challenge and support you in a way that suits you and your learning and growth.

Coaching helps us gain insights, reinforce learning, develop new ways of thinking (rewire our brain and auto-pilot responses!), improve how we relate to ourselves and others, and improve performance and well-being.

Why work with me?

You know yourself and your context best. My job is to guide the process to help you transition or develop in a new role, identify your growth needs, bring new ways of seeing things, and help you move through conflicts or challenges.  I will share best practices and resources and we will co-create actions for you and your situation. Then, we build and follow through on your learning and plans of action. We celebrate your progress and help you keep momentum!

My clients describe me as a genuine, down to earth, insightful thinking partner who creates a space where they feel safe exploring their ideas, challenges and doubts.

From my clients:

“Jodi is a very thoughtful and empathetic coach. Her approach is truly one of enabling and creating a space for problem solving and decision making. She is excellent at reflecting and bringing the central issues to light.
It can be challenging and hard work, but in the end, it’s like having a personal trainer in a gym—You have to lift your own weights and run your own laps; you know you’ll be stronger for it.”

“Jodi is phenomenal. Her insightful questions always lead me to new understanding and more importantly
a path towards improvement. Our sessions are the highlight of every week.”

“Jodi asks the best questions to help me think deeply about scenarios, goals and challenges. The way she connects with empathy gives me the support I need to be confident in my direction and make progress.”
